Public Relations Office (URP)
The Customer Service, or Public Relations, Office (URP) mainly deals with the systematic identification of patrons’ needs and satisfaction in order to contribute to the improvement of services.
Patrons can make a complaint or suggestion – or express appreciation – in person, by phone, by e-mail or letter. Any communication that URP receives will be handled quickly and efficiently, providing an exhaustive answer when appropriate.
The URP staff is also available to provide general information on the Institute and its services.
